Board Assistance to National Convention Sub Committees

The Board will pay for a copy of the special edition of the Australian Square Dance Review that will contain copies of all State and related organisation reports that will be used as the reports for the Dancers Interest Meeting.
Please contact the Coordinating Editor of the Review for time lines for these reports.
As listed in Conventions Operations Manual (clause 20.072) The Board will subsidise up to $ 1,000.00 for creche. This is also to be considered when preparing the final compilation of a Convention Ticket.
All matters pertaining to costs shall be received, acknowledged and confirmed in writing, not verbally. (see clause 20.08)
The Conventions Board has a large box containing items that are useful for the running of a National Convention.
The Board covers the cost of Freight between conventions but it is the responsibility to maintain the contents and provide the Board with an updated inventory after each Convention.
