These records are preserved to document and protect the history of National Square Dancing in Australia.

Maintaining these archives is an important part of running a National Convention and ensuring the continuity of our shared history.

It is strongly recommended that each Convention Committee appoint a dedicated person early in the planning stages to gather and prepare the required information.
