Where more than one forthcoming Convention is allocated booth space at the current Convention, these booths should not be located near one another.

The immediate next Convention is to receive the most prominent and advantageous site.

This booth is to be staffed, whereas any other future Conventions may only have an Information Booth (static display), which may be staffed at times solely to provide general information about the host area.

An area shall be designated for booths offering Square and Round Dance supplies, along with any other products deemed appropriate for the occasion.

A Booth Area and its location within the venue must be made available at the previous Convention to allow booking of spaces.

Prominent spaces within this area are to be allocated to future Convention Committees.
The following booths are to be provided at no charge:

• Next Convention – 1 trestle
• Convention two years out – 1 trestle
• National Society (for sale of Convention badges and pins) – 1 trestle
• National Convention Archives – 2 trestles

Where access to power is requested and available, additional charges may apply.

Nothing in this section prevents these spaces from being formally leased to the relevant parties.
