Each Australian National Square Dance Convention requires a range of forms to support effective planning, administration, and reporting.

To ensure consistency across Conventions, the Board has developed a suite of standardised templates that have been successfully used over many years.

These templates are included in the Operations Manual; however, each Convention Committee will need to make certain adjustments to suit the specific requirements of their event.

To assist future Committees and reduce the need to redesign documents from scratch, we have provided editable versions of the relevant Appendices below. Unlike the PDF versions contained in the Manual, these files can be downloaded and customised to meet the needs of each Convention.
